Chamber Meeting Space

The Chamber has two meeting rooms available to our members. Priority given first to Chamber functions and second to Chamber Members. The Chamber reserves the right to judge the appropriateness of the intended use of the rooms, and may deny a request if the program is deemed outside of our mission. Room Descriptions (all have Wifi included):
Board Room - seats 18 at one large board table
Seminar Room  - seats 30 and can be arranged as a classroom, or with separate work tables, or as a board room with a center table

            Members            $125.00 full day        $20.00 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Guidelines
Gaston Regional Chamber rooms may be reserved between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday (except on holiday closing).  Access to the downstairs kitchen with refrigerator, and coffee maker is available with room rental. 

Easels are available.  Paper, pens, and markers are not supplied. No kitchen paper/plastic products are supplied except coffee cups and stir sticks.

All clean-up will be the responsibility of the group using the room. If a cleaning service is required, arrangements must be made at the time of reservations for a charge of $50.00.  If the area rented is left in disarray $75.00 for cleaning services will be charged. The renting party is liable for any damages to or misuse of the building, furnishings, or equipment.  Charges for damage will be based on replacement cost or total repair cost. 

Reservations must be made in advance.  A Room-Use Agreement will be completed and signed by the party using the rooms.
